Terms of Use

Allcanza Inc · allcanzatech.com
Effective date: October 1, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern use of the Allcanza platform, client portal, phone line, text messaging and website at allcanzatech.com (together, the "Service"), provided by Allcanza Inc ("Allcanza", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

The Service is used by:

If a Firm Customer has signed a separate subscription or order agreement with Allcanza, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these Terms.

2. Allcanza is not a law firm

Allcanza provides software. Allcanza is not a law firm, does not give legal advice, and does not represent anyone before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services or any other agency or court. Using the Service does not create an attorney-client relationship with Allcanza. Clients' legal representation is provided by their law firm, which is solely responsible for legal advice, for reviewing every form and document before it is filed, and for its professional obligations.

3. Accounts and security

You must give accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Firm Customers are responsible for their Authorized Users, for granting and removing access, and for inviting only their own clients. Tell us right away at contact@allcanza.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Firm Customer responsibilities

Firm Customers:

5. Clients

Clients may use the portal, phone line or text messages to answer questions, upload documents and review their information. Answers given through the Service are proposals until the client or the law firm confirms them. Clients should answer truthfully and completely and ask their law firm about anything they do not understand. Questions about a case, deadlines or legal advice should go to the client's law firm, not Allcanza.

6. Automated features and AI

The Service uses automated tools, including speech-to-text, text-to-speech and AI assistants, to read questions, record and transcribe answers, and organize information. These tools can make mistakes. Their output is a draft for human review, not legal advice, and must be checked by the client or the law firm before it is used.

7. Text messaging (SMS)

Program. If a Client provides a mobile number and opts in, Allcanza sends text messages about the Client's Allcanza account and immigration case, such as reminders that questions or documents are waiting, appointment reminders and secure links to review and confirm answers. Text messages are sent only by Allcanza.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of any law firm's services.

Opting out and help. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages; you will receive one confirmation and no further texts unless you reply START. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at +1 505-910-4525 or contact@allcanza.com. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Protection of your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers that help us deliver messages or provide customer support. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy.

8. Phone calls

Calls to the Allcanza phone line may be answered by an automated assistant, which says so at the start of the call. Calls are recorded and transcribed, and callers are told this at the start of the call. By continuing the call you consent to the recording. Recordings and transcripts are kept with the case for review by the Client's law firm.

9. Acceptable use

You may not: access another person's information without authorization; enter information you know to be false; upload malicious code; attempt to bypass security, rate limits or access controls; scrape, reverse engineer or resell the Service; use the Service to send unsolicited messages; or use it in violation of law.

10. Data and confidentiality

As between Allcanza and a Firm Customer, the Firm Customer owns the case and client information it and its Clients enter ("Customer Data"). Allcanza processes Customer Data to provide, secure and support the Service, on the Firm Customer's instructions and as described in our Privacy Policy. Allcanza does not sell Customer Data or use it for advertising. Allcanza keeps Customer Data confidential and limits access to personnel and service providers who need it to run the Service.

11. Fees

Fees for Firm Customers are set out in their order or subscription. Clients are not charged by Allcanza for using the client portal, phone line or text messages, although carrier message and data rates may apply.

12. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers, such as hosting, telephony and messaging carriers, and may link to government websites. Allcanza is not responsible for third-party services or for decisions of government agencies.

13. Intellectual property

Allcanza owns the Service, including its software, design and content, excluding Customer Data. We grant Firm Customers and Clients a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms. Feedback you give us may be used without obligation to you.

14. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALLCANZA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ALLCANZA DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY IMMIGRATION OUTCOME OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

15. Limitation of liability

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALLCANZA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA. ALLCANZA'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY THE FIRM CUSTOMER TO ALLCANZA IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR US$100 FOR CLIENTS.

16. Indemnity

Firm Customers will defend and indemnify Allcanza against third-party claims arising from their use of the Service, their Customer Data, or their legal advice and filings.

17. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Firm Customers may end their subscription as their order allows. On termination, Customer Data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and the Firm Customer's agreement.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration in Albuquerque, New Mexico, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules or, for individual Clients, its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its confidential information or intellectual property.

19. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify Firm Customers. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
