Terms of Service

1. Agreement Between User and Allcanza

These Terms of Service ("TOS") govern your access to and use of Allcanza Inc.’s software-as-a-service ("SaaS") enterprise tool and any related services, including optional full-service offerings (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these TOS. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

2. Electronic Communications

By using Allcanza, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. You agree that all notices, disclosures, and other communications provided electronically satisfy any legal requirements.

3. Account Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and passwords. Allcanza is not liable for unauthorized account use. Users may not transfer or share accounts. Allcanza reserves the right to refuse or terminate accounts at its discretion.

4. SaaS License and Pricing

4.1 License Pricing

• Monthly Plan: $500 per month for a minimum of 12 months, including 200 tokens. ($30/Token)
• Annual Plan: $5,000 for 12 months, including 200 tokens. ($25/Token)

4.2 Token-Based Pricing Tiers

• Tier 3 - Thundering 300: $600 per month (201-300 tokens) ($24/Token)
• Tier 4 - Fantastic 500: $700 per month (301-500 tokens) ($16.80/Token)
• Tier 5 - Awesome 800: $10,000 per year (501-800 tokens) ($12.50/Token)
• Tier 6 - Phenomenal 1500: $11,000 per year (801-1500 tokens) ($7.33/Token)
• Tier 7 - Enterprise Essentials: $12,000 per year (1,500+ tokens) (Unlimited)

5. Full-Service Offering

Available only to active SaaS enterprise tool license holders. Example pricing includes:

• FOIA (USCIS, CBP, ICE, FBI): $150
• Family Green Card: $1,250
• Naturalization: $400
• LPR Renewal: $240
• DACA Renewal: $240

6. No Legal Services Provided

Allcanza is not a law firm and does not provide legal services. The platform is intended for law firms and accredited individuals authorized to provide immigration services. Allcanza assumes no responsibility for users' work product.

7. Form Updates

Allcanza will strive to update immigration forms in accordance with federal law, but update times may vary based on regulatory changes and complexity.

8. Prohibited Uses

Users must not use the Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes. Violations may result in termination of access.
